    • Preliminary consultations, assessments, or analyses have been completed.
    • Zou Global Services has begun any work on the agreed deliverables, including reports, strategies, or compliance audits.
    • Training sessions, workshops, or employee engagements have been conducted in part or in full.
  • Customized services that require significant resource allocation, such as Data Protection Impact Assessments, Policy Drafting, or Vendor Assessments, are non-refundable once initiated.

3. Exceptions

Refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis under exceptional circumstances where:

  • The service provided is materially different from what was agreed upon in the service contract.
  • There is evidence of a failure to deliver on agreed commitments due to negligence on the part of Zou Global Services.
